Original Items: Only One Set Available. This is a very nice flight helmet set, which was exactly what Aviators of the U.S. Navy used during WWII. The helmet is a very nice khaki tan canvas "summer weight" style, and has a nice chamois lined "visor" and ear cups. The chin strap is still intact, though unfortunately the buckle on the other side was removed at some point. It still has the original maker label at the rear:

Slote & Klein made many summer and winter flight helmets for the U.S. Navy during WWII, and look to have been one of their primary contractors. The helmet has correct U.S. NAVY marked ANB-H-1A Headphone receivers installed in the rubber cups on the sides of the helmet, with intact wiring (end plug missing). The helmet is in good condition, though does show wear, with a hole in the rear, and degradation of the chamois over the forehead.
The helmet came to us with a U.S. WWII ARMY GOGGLE TYPE 7751, which are not entirely correct, but definitely might have been used during training.
