After Seiko's hybrid Analog/Digital H558-500x appeared in several Arnold Schwarzenegger's films, the watch became known to collectors as the "Arnie." A classic Seiko from the 80s that has continued to grow in popularity. 

Seiko picked up on this and decided to release a reissue of the iconic watch, with some upgrades like solar power and more pronounced crowns. One area they should have improved was the plastic shroud designed to protect the case. Why they would have such a rugged watch with an easily crackable guard is beyond me. Surely this is the kind of part that needs more "muscle."
